Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using the Cenomar platform at https://cenomar.psaonlineappointment.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental or guardian consent to use this service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cenomar.psaonlineappointment.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Appointment Scheduling and Fees
Appointments are subject to availability and are non-transferable. A valid government-issued ID is required for all appointments. The Cenomar platform does not charge for scheduling; however, official PSA processing fees apply and must be paid directly to the PSA office during your visit. No refunds are issued for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments unless explicitly approved by PSA.
Limitation of Liability
Cenomar and the PSA are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to errors, delays, or interruptions in service. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, appointment slots, service hours, and requirements may change without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on this site are the property of the Philippine Statistics Authority or its authorized partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
